How do I update the credit card used for my subscription?

To update the card details used for your bookwhen account, you will have to follow the cancellation and re-upgrade process as explained below. The cancellation step can be worrying, but don't worry as there is no risk of any of your bookings being lost or affected by the process.

1) Go to your account page: https://bookwhen.com/account and click on the 'cancel' link on the right.

2) Click on the 'cancel' button on the next page to confirm. Your account will continue to work in free mode until you have re-upgraded again. No data will be lost.

3) Back on your account page: https://bookwhen.com/account click on an upgrade link to take you to the new subscription page.

4) On the new subscription page, make sure that you've selected the right account level, and whether to pay monthly or yearly. Then enter your new card details or whether to pay using a PayPal account.

Note that the subscription payments for your bookwhen account are taken using PayPal's 'recurring payments' service. This doesn't offer a lot of flexibility so the plan is to switch over to something better at some point. We'll let you know when and sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.
