Due to our global customer base, bookwhen's servers are currently hosted in the US. We are however a UK based limited company (company number: 7404746 - TidyApps Ltd) and conform to all EU data protection guidelines. Our host is Rackspace who have Safe Harbor compliance (as declared on their privacy statement: http://www.rackspacecloud.com/legal/privacystatement/) and their certificate can be found on the Safe Harbor list: https://safeharbor.export.gov/list.aspx (direct link: http://safeharbor.export.gov/companyinfo.aspx?id=11454).
