Waiting list not obvious
Hi Jo,
Our event just booked out so I decided to test the waiting list. On the event page it says "This event is fully booked". There is no indication that someone could add their name to a waiting list. It turns out you have to wilfully disregard the above message and click on the "Book Now" button.
This could be fixed a few ways but one might be to augment the message: "This event is fully booked, but you can add your name to the waiting list" where "waiting list" is a link to the booking page.

That's a valid point. I'll have it fixed in the next update - due sometime next week. Thanks for pointing it out.

The waiting list is now a lot more obvious. See a booked up slot on the example page to see how it looks.
It's a bit late for your current event David sorry, but with luck your next event will fill up fast enough to try it on that one!
At the moment, all people on the list are mailed at the same time when a space becomes available. I was thinking that it would be more fair to send out one email at a time with 5 minute intervals (for example) in the order that they were added to the list, until the space is booked. Complicated and fair, or simple and unfair. What do you think?
