Waiting list enhancements
Hi Jo,
One of the features of the Basic and higher packages is a waiting list. As far as I can tell, the event admin has no access to this waiting list.
We are very interested by how many tickets we could have sold to
one of our events (so we know we should move to a bigger venue).
Would it be possible:
- to see how many people were on the waiting list at the time of
the event (perhaps via an automated email to the admin)? - to see
the email addresses of those on the mailing list so we could make
them an offer to accommodate them at a later event?

You can now see your waiting list emails on the schedule list admin page. The tab will show 'Waiting' and the number of people on the list. If there's nobody then the tab will not be shown.
This should have been done a while ago but slipped off the radar. I hope the swift addition has made up for it.
