Provisional booking availability window and message text.
It would be useful to:
a) Hold a booking awaiting confirmation for longer than 15 mins
(1hr / 6hrs?)
b) Customise notification email text (for eample to let users know
that so long as they confirm intent they do not have to actually
pay for some time. - An open-ended delay is possible at present as
far as I can tell?)
c) Make 'add other people' choice optional when creating events

a) The problem with this is that it could leave your event (or slot) potentially booked up for some time potentially losing you bookings. However, the waiting list somewhat alleviates this, and also it's ultimately up to you! I'll see what I can do.
b) Next week will see an update that includes the option to make payments mandatory. Also, there is a new descriptive text area on the payment screen where you can provide further payment instructions for when a payment is not mandatory (open-ended).
Making email text editable is planned but not imminent.
c) Someone has requested this before. I've taken note. Out of interest, why wouldn't you want to allow multiple people per booking?

'add other people' might be a Bad Thing if you implement single-use discount codes or are discouraging the sharing of discounts. Normally I think it would be a Good Thing... Low priority I am sure!
