CSV of waiting list

Would it be possible to have an option to export a csv worksheet of the persons on the waiting list? Even better, could there be an 'email' button on the waiting list tab, that would automatically generate an email to all on waiting list? We like to send an email to such people telling them that they have not been successful in gaining a place at this time, should NOT attend for training and should check other dates. Paul
