Grouping PayPal payments?

Our volunteer games convention has been looking for a way to support online scheduling, and Bookwhen looks like it may fit the bill! Nice work!

Speaking of billing, if someone is signing up for multiple events (say 3 events today, 3 events tomorrow) can the system submit all the items to paypal as part of the same invoice for one payment?

Paypal automatically itemizes all items sent from our Website to allow for a single payment, but I don't know how it does this.

    Hi Anita. Thanks for the positive comments.

    Your request has come at a good time to give us a push in the right direction. The payment for bookings is part of the system that is in need of improvement. The planed changes have ticket types for events with a more advanced invoicing system that hooks together the various bookings for payment. These enhancements will cater for your needs I'm sure.

    The functionality won't be ready until October however. Hopefully you can use the system as it is in the meantime?

    We will be evaluating your site this month as part of our planning efforts - CanGames has been running every year for 33 years, in part because we are a group of very organized volunteers. :-). Our first meeting for our 2010 event is tonight.

    Our 3-day games convention takes place every May and we usually publish our initial games schedule starting a few months prior. We are always trying to improve the convention, and this year I was tasked with looking at online booking.

    So you have plenty of time :-)

    Hi Anita. The last post in this thread was quite a while ago, but I'd just like to point out that Ticket types and group payments are now implemented in the system. Good luck with CanGames.
