Is it possible to set a minimum number of delgates for an event......
If this number is not reached then refunds and course info could be cancelled automatically....

Colin, Hi.
That's a fantastic idea. Something that will surely be useful to a lot of people.
In the meantime, the bulk emailing functionality (that's currently in development) will give the organiser the flexibility to keep delegates informed during the build up to events however. This functionality is high priority and should be available in a few weeks.

Has a Minimum been implemented?
We're evaluating solutions. Minimum ticket sales may be a deal-closer for us, as we' like to set a minimum of ticket sales on international events, and if it's not met, refund the participants automatically.

Hi Sam (and Colin),
Unfortunately we've not got around to implementing the minimum delegates/tickets yet. Sorry about that. I'm not ruling it out for the future though as it would certainly be a nice feature to have.

It would have value to automate one of our planned processes. Whilst many
sites are feature laden minimums does not seem common.
