title field and "powered by" in email
Hello,
Two questions:
1) Is there a way to remove the salutation title field (e.g. Mr., Mrs.) from the Booking Form?
2) Is there a way to remove the "Bookings powered by http://bookwhen.com" tag from the bottom of the booking confirmation email?

Jim, Hi. As you may already suspect, the answer to both question is no. Sorry.
It's worth pointing out though that the salutation field is not mandatory.
There are plans to make the booking form more adaptable/flexible, but there are other things to be done before then. Also, we plan on the email text being customizable but again, this won't be complete in the short-term.
