Is it possible to customize the text sent in the confirmation e-mail?

Hi. Unfortunately email text cannot be customized at the moment but we're about to launch into a new phase of development which will definitely include this. Hope you can get by without it until then.

I am on a trial period and my clients have been asking if we can remove the request to confirm bookings as it is too time consuming. I have people booking daily for exercise classes and it is taking too long to confirm bookings as well as making the origional booking.

    Emma,
The confirmation email step can be bypassed by the attendees if they are already logged into the system. The clicking on any confirmation link will sign them in (it's a passwordless sign-in system for attendees). If they're logged in they they won't even have to enter any of their details.

It's probably not made obvious enough that they can do that so perhaps you can let your clients know. I'll try to make it more obvious in the system.

    JHarter,
Sorry you got included in this thread as I don't think Emma meant to reply to your post. Just to update you on the email customization though. It's still not done as we received another big job which has been taking a lot of our time. Hopefully we'll get around to it soon though.
