Workshop bookings
Is there any way to create a second level of bookings - ie. so you book for the main event, and then you have to pick which workshop you'd like to attend?

Hello,
The only way to do that at the moment would be to have all of the workshops as part of the main schedule. We're planning on implementing 'ticket types' soon which may solve your problem(?) This would allow people to select the event, then pick a ticket/workshop type on the booking form. Then the numbers of spaces for each ticket/workshop can be restricted.
Does that sound like it would work for your scenario?

That sounds perfect for what we want.
At the moment I guess we could use the 'more info' bit on the booking form and ask people to specify their workshop there.
Thanks for the quick response.

Kathryn,
This discussion was a while ago, but I thought I'd let you know that you can now set up booking types in bookwhen. Hopefully it will still be useful to you. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.
Thanks.
