Multiple Users?
I was wondering what the best solution might be to have multiple
users.
To save the admin time, it would be easiest to have each of my
coaches be able to input their own availability for private
lessons. Since they may change from week to week, how should I best
tackle this problem?

Hi. We kept things simple throughout the system, hence the lack of multi-user support. Perhaps we'll add it at some point though.
In the meantime I suggest you use a single email (and password) that you share between coaches. That's what others are doing at the moment. Hope that's ok for now.

Sounds good to me; we have a good group so I don't think this would be an issue. The club is concerned, though, about the payment information being available when you log in. Would users have access to it, or is it all stored on PayPal?

The payment for the subscription is sent directly through to PayPal. We don't hold your card details - except for the expiry date to check when to remind you when you need to update the card details on the system (which are also passed through to PayPal).
So, once the initial subscription payment is made then there's no danger of anyone who has admin access viewing your card details.
