Hi. Thanks for the question. Other people tend to use the 'Other Information' field when they need to collect more details from their customers. Remember that people generally don't like filling in forms!
Having said that, we do have plans to enhance the registration form functionality to make it a lot more flexible. In the sort-term though, is there a specific field that you need. If it's something that others may want then it can be added.
