Ability to bypass PayPal
Want to send people to the booking page and let them pay online. However, we need to be able to book people ourselves and invoice seperate without PayPal. Can this be done when you have decided to hook up with PayPal. Is it possible to via admin to bypass PayPal and setup an attendee manuelly so they don't get none payment reminders etc.

The event has an option - 'Online payment required to confirm space?'
If this is checked then the payment must be made to complete the booking (and reserve the space). If it is not checked then the payment then becomes optional and the space is reserved when the when the attendee's email is confirmed.
The option to pay via PayPal will always be displayed if the event has a cost (and you have set your PayPay email setting).
The 'Alternate Payment Info' can also be entered on the Payments Settings page. Here you can enter any text you like. The text will be shown next to the PayPal payment button if payments for the event are optional, and also if there is no PayPal email set.
You can also add attendees yourself as the administrator. Simply go through the booking process whilst logged in as the administrator, then when you get to the booking page saying 'Email confirmation required', use the 'Confirm the booking as administrator' link under the options tab. Note that as administrator, the attendees email is optional.
I hope that helps! If these options do not fit your requirements then please let me know.

Hi Jo,
Thanks for this. I think your site is fantastic!
I will check this out and see how well this works out for us. Would you be
willing to make chargeable minor changes to our version of your site ? One
thing we are thinking about is styling so it looks more like our current
website http://balanceconsulting.co.uk.
Warm Regards

I can't make changes specific to one user's page unfortunately. It's a slippery slope that ends up with a messy codebase. However, I can add generic functionality that benefits all users as long as it adhere's to the general principals for the app.
Changes have to either make the site more intuitive by smoothing out a hurdle that currently exists, or make the site more accessible to people who wouldn't otherwise have used it by adding a generic feature that allows them to accomplish what they want. ie Enhance without adding (apparent) complexity.
I had considered allowing custom CSS styling to be set and this might accomplish what you're after. It's quite low down on the priority list however.

Hi Jo,
Yeap thought this would be your feedback and if I was in your shoes it would
be my approach aswell. Also means a messy upgrade path for us going forward.
The CSS styling is the key thing for us I think.
