ical feed for bookings does not seem to be working - how do I use it?
I've managed to import the ical feed to my Google calendar for
events and it shows up fine, however the ical feed for indivdual
bookings doesn't seem to work at all - nothing shows up in the
Google calendar.
Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
I'm hoping that someone who has managed to sync their ical bookings
into Google calendar can walk me through this.

Hi. There was a change recently to cut off the iCal bookings feed from a month in the past as it was generating too much otherwise. I hope it's not a problem caused by that. I've not heard from anyone else that there's an issue though. Did you manage to get it working in the end?
One thing it might be is that Google Calendar only updates itself from external feeds relatively infrequently. So if you setup the feed, then added a test booking, then it wouldn't come through until quite a bit later. A few hours even sometimes.

Many thanks for your reply. Just to update you on this issue, you were indeed correct. Google calendar only updates it's ical feeds every 12 hours or so.
Thanks for providing such a wonderful program in bookwhen by the way. We are currently using the free service while we evaluate it for our charity dog training, but may soon upgrade based on results so far - it has really cut down on the need for us to call people back and confirm bookings. As a charity this helps us keep more funds for neglected dogs instead of giving them to phone companies!
