Document upload - how does it work?

Hi, if i upload a document, is it only viewable by an attendee once they have subscribed to the event? And do they get sent it automatically, or do they have to click on a link to download it? Thanks, Mike

   Hi. Uploaded documents are simply displayed in the documents tab of the event details (on the schedule pages and event pages) which are viewable by everyone, even before booking. There have been suggestions to have a section where documents can only be seen once the booking is complete, or for booking emails to automatically attach the documents, but at this stage this isn't the case.

   Thanks Jo. Yes, its the latter which interests me, and would be very nice to
   have, as it would save me tons of time each month, sending documents out to
   people who have signed up for a meeting.

   Yes, i'll also definately need a tab or documents that only shows and/or is emailed when the person has paid.

   Any idea when/if this will be done?

   (I'm testing this system out for possible use in my company.)
