Adding additional fields to booking

Hi Jo
Not sure if I sent this correctly yesterday. I was looking to have a few extra fields added to our booking page - if possible!

• Has your line manager approved your attendance at this course ?(Yes/No)
• Line Manager Name
• Line Manager Email Address
• Have you any special needs that we should know about? (Yes/No) (text to go with this = If you tick yes, a member of staff will contact you to identify how we may best meet your needs.)

   I wonder is there any progress on the system allowing users to determine their own specific fields for booking forms?
