events directly visible on page
how does Bookwhen decide the default date search?
the booking page i'm working on is showing 29 January - 27 April 2010 (a date range that covers 6 of the 8 events available for booking) whilst the example schedule on your site shows 29 January - 27 March 2010.
Is there any way I can set my booking page to show all events? or widen the default range? or perhaps to always show a minimum number of events (if available)?

Good question. Before I answer, I'd like to mention that there are plans to improve the current schedule list and possibly add a monthly view. The schedule list was designed to keep it simple and flexible for now.
The way it currently works is slightly convoluted. It tries to find at least 15 slots/events to display by checking in monthly increments from the current date. So if today is the 4th Feb, then it will look until 4th Mar for initial events/slots. If 15 have not yet been found then it looks from 4th Mar to 4th Apr etc. But only up to 3 months in advance.
To solve your immediate problem, in the latest release (due later today) it has been changed to look 6 months in advance. Hope that helps.
