Unable to cancel booking
I cannot reopen the details for my booking for tomorrow in order to cancel it. I wasn't asked to log into the site when I booked originally, and so can't log back in to change them. No cookie seems to havebeen left on my pc as my info is not appearing on screen when I click on the event for which I have a booking.

The link in the email your received when you made the booking logs you back into your private booking page. You can then cancel your booking using the cancel link under the options tab on that page.
When you make a booking, you don't have to go through a 'create a new account' or login process unlike some other booking systems. This was a design decision to make the booking process easier and avoid the common "oh no not another account!" problem.

When I click on the link in the email it doesn't take me back to the booking screen - that was the problem.
However, it's all in the past now, so doesn't really matter any more.
