Adding a booking type again

This problem went away and is back. I am having trouble adding a booking type. I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Fire Fox. I have also tried on my Mac and PC.

The link seems to take me nowhere.

Please advise,

    My response is again that this is a puzzle. I didn't find the problem last time, and nothing has been changed in the adding booking type part of the site at all. Do you remember how you fixed it last time? I've checked the logs and can see no errors.

    Could you let me know which event it is that you're trying to add the booking type to so I can try to re-create the problem in the test environment. Thanks.

    Hi Jo,

    Thanks for checking. I delete and started over and that fixed it! It seems to effect individual events.

    The event was the boot camp event. I will leave it unpublished if you want to take a look to see if you can find an error in the event.

    Excellent!! - I have managed to recreate the problem in our test environment! Now it's just a matter of time before it's fixed. Thank you so much for pointing this out. It's a bad one as it doesn't give off any error of any kind so we'd not have spotted it without you.

    Glad you're managing to work around it for now, and hopefully you'll not have the problem again.
