wrong event booked
Hello. If I had multiple events on my calendar and a student accidentally booked "Event 2" versus "Event 1", how can I change that since Event 2 was specific to something else? Do I just cancel that booking? Keep in mind there is payment involved via pay pal and I also don't know if cancelling the booking affects that as well.

The moving of bookings from one event to another is something we're working on improving. There is currently no simple option to move a booking, so you have to cancel and re-book. When a booking that has been paid for is cancelled, the payment is not automatically refunded. And when the student/attendee comes to make another booking, the owed credit is not taken into account. These are all things that will be resolved.
There will be an option to either refund automatically from PayPal or to leave the amount as a credit on their account, and there will be a move booking option to make this process a lot easier. Hope that helps.
