Phone bookings
Some people book by phone as they can't access their computer (whilst away on holiday).
We get around this by using our own email address but have problems if there are several bookings over a period of time for the same event, as it doesn't allow you to use the same email address for multiple bookings.
Any suggestions?

Hi. Good question.
When logged in as the administrator, you can make a booking without entering an email address. There's a message below the email field that says:
"As admin you can leave their email blank, but remember that they won't receive any notifications to do with the booking or event."
The booking will still have to be 'confirmed' by clicking on the link:
"Confirm the booking as administrator." - on the Options tab of the booking page.
This should all be made more obvious. Sorry you missed it.
