Are there any plans to enable a custom domain feature? Whether or not it is part of the Gratis plan or a paid one?

It would be great to be able to use our own domain name when viewing our bookwhen site.

   In response to whether it will be on a paid plan or not - I'm not sure, but at this stage it will probably be a paid plan only feature.
