I accidentally booked someone for a paypal payment, but they have a groupon. I want to use the groupon and book this person in, but it is insisting that she's a duplicate. There is no way for me to remove her from the booking or change her to groupon from paypal. I'm not going to pay twice for the event and don't want her to miss it either. Please help me modify.

Tracy. Sorry it's not letting you do what you want.

I'm not 100% clear what you're wanting. Have you tried simply cancelling the booking for the person you've booked for the PayPal booking? Once their booking is cancelled then you should be able to made a new booking for them.

Try that and let me know if it's still preventing you doing what you want. If so, let me know the booking ref of the wrong booking and I'll see if I can change it for you.

    Thanks.
I did not see the controls since some were buttons and others were text. It
just kept saying: you owe !!

Thanks for the offer Tracy. We're not in the position to outsource any design or UX at the moment but you're more than welcome to make suggestions! Time is the main constraint that's holding us back from streamlining the flow at the moment, but hopefully we'll be able to add more polish before too long. Hope your bookings are going well. Cheers,
    Jo.
