Course event not showing up in Public View

I am nearly ready to go live with my training events :- http://bookwhen.com/balanceconsulting but an important bug has occured.

Some set-up courses are greyed out for unknown reasons and do not appear in the public view.

I have attached screen images so you can see what I am seeing and correct the problem.

Please help

   Events are greyed out when either they're 'not published', or if the 'booking window' of all ticket types has not yet been reached. The publish link is at the top of the edit event screen, and the booking windows of the tickets can be changed by editing the booking/ticket type on the spaces tab of the edit event screen.
