Why is the system showing 9 bookings (all showing confirmed, reserved and paid for) when the spaces have been restricted to 8?

Hi. Could you give me a link to the event page please so I can look into it. The only time an event should ever be able to go over the limit is when you have been moving recurring events around that already have existing bookings on, so that people can potentially get bundled into one time slot. The system has warnings about this though. I'll look into it once you've sent the link. Thanks.

    Hi Jo

Many thanks for coming back to me. The status of events is as follows, so that you can identify what may have occurred.

    1. On the morning of 25/1/2012 there were 8 bookings for the 1pm 28/1/2012 event, one of which was unpaid
    2. On the evening of 25/1/2012 the unpaid booking was paid for via Paypal (Ref: BD3AB) and I received a payment confirmation email at 21.46
    3. On the same evening, a new booking was made and paid for via Paypal (Ref: VNMTV) and I received a confirmation email of the booking & payments at 20.32 and 20.40 respectively
    4. On the morning of 26/1/2012 I saw the new booking confirmation emails and immediately checked the event status - at this point it was showing 9/8 spaces available (the maximum was set to 8)
    5. On the afternoon of 26/1/2012 I cancelled the last booking (Ref: VNMTV) as the client was happy to move to the next event on 25/2/2012

The booking page link is : http://bookwhen.com/moonfletefitness

The event page link is: https://bookwhen.com/m4mgs/201201281300/fhh

Please let me know if you need any further information.

    Kind regards
