Cancel account

I wanted to cancel the account but it failed, see attached document for the error message (print screen).
The last payment was taken on 13 Jan 2012.

    I've looked into this and it was because you had cancelled the PayPal subscription before cancelling the bookwhen account. I've fixed it now so that your bookwhen account is now also cancelled. Please note that you can continue using the bookwhen account on the free service if you like and upgrade the same account again at any point in the future.
