Events more than 90 days in future not visible
On my trial account only events under 90 days ahead are showing. Is this normal?

When creating/editing an event, on the 'Spaces' tab in 'Booking/ticket types', each type of booking can have a 'Booking window' set. The default window is 1 hour to 3 months before the event. The maximum window is 6 months in the future. If the event isn't in the 'window' yet then it will not be displayed in the schedule.
Different types of booking/ticket can have different date ranges. This allows for tickets to be given different prices or availability according to when they are available. eg Early Bird type tickets.
I've attached a screen shot of where it's set. Also, I've made this thread public as I think it will be useful to others. Hope that's ok.

Thanks for your prompt reply - I should have figured it out!
I tried 9 months and got the message 'Bookings cannot be taken more than 6 months in advance.' Is this a good idea? Many organisations including the one I hope to get to use this system like to set events a year in advance. If not visible on the booking system there would have to be a separate calendar which seems like possible replication of functionality.

I agree. It was set to 6 months due to an old constraint that's now not applicable. I will change it to 2 years max (plucked out of the air) for the next update - due early next week.
