How to cancel events once they have finished?

Hello

I like your booking system, clear tidy and no bloody unnecessary password. Yes I will book a year’s worth of time today, but I have a question: HOW DO I DELETE PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE BOOKED ON A COURSE AND HAS NOW FINISHED? I ALSO WANT TO DELETE AN EVENT BUT IT SAYS I MUST FIRST CANCEL THE PARTICIPANTS, SO HOW?

    Deleting a participant:

    There's not currently a way to physically delete participants. You can cancel
    their booking however (and it will send them an email to inform them that their booking is cancelled). However, it seems that once the event has passed, it's not
    possible to even cancel the booking. This will be fixed.

    Deleting an event:

    Deleting an event is not possible once there are people booked onto
    the event. The easiest option is to simply take the event offline
    (unpublish it) so that it won't show up on your schedule list any more. The unpublish option is under the event title on the edit event
    page.

    In the next phase, full deletion of participants, events, and user accounts are being implemented.
